Accountability and StandardizationOur Board of Directors has agreed to provide the citizens of the United States, Corporations, and Congress the right to review our line item budget any time. Any government funding that we receive will be earmarked for employment process, equipment, payroll, and any other supporting benefits. We promote and provide a specific need to assist the citizens, local, tribal, state and Federal agencies. Through our North American Rescue Action Plan is a division that will standardize our cost by analyzing and determining the scope and cause of the job and payment. Each piece of equipment which is purchased will be justified. Once the funds are released the cost analysis division will report the cost and list that amount on our website. In today's society price gouging is the number one complaint from citizens during a disaster. The second most critical complaint is how the money is spent and how is it tracked for Congress. Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Incorporated is committed to the cause. Our books will be open during normal business hours of operation for review. Appointments are required and each person who reviews our line item budget will have one of our CPA's assigned to them during the review process. We are excited and on the brink of having Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Incorporated funded. We are a Para-Military organization and our funds need to be transparent for The United States President, Congress, and for the citizens to review where tax payers' money is being spent. We are here to protect and serve all man-kind during any type of disaster known to man. The amount of funds that we need is $600,000,000.00 (Six Hundred Million Dollars) for one Central Command Center in Spring City, Tennessee. We will need to hire 850 to 900 employees and have the First Unified Mobile Tactical Command Center that responds to any ground zero operation during a declared state of Emergency. If the state or local EOC/OEM are out of service or destroyed who will run and maintain continuity of command. Our job is to assist local or state government in any way so the first responders can maintain their level of expertise and yes if the local or state EOCs/OEMs.are destroyed Governor Mobile Tactical Command can set up and run any city, county, tribal or state command. We need nine (9) Central Command Centers across America. Alexandria, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; Spring City, Tennessee; Tucson, Arizona; Lincoln, Nebraska;, Boise, Idaho; South Lake Tahoe, California; Hartford, Connecticut; and Minot, North Dakota. We believe with proper funding we can put 23,000 to 25,000 people to work in a matter of 12 to 15 months. This will also cover the 140 mini-commands - nostalgia type full service gasoline depots. Each mini-command will have paramedics assigned to the gasoline station so truckers, citizens and other type of emergencies you may be experiencing while driving down the highway. These mini-commands support local commands and will support a massive staging facilities, helicopter refueling areas and will assist the local government with immediate command structure until Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Ground Zero units arrive at the emergency declared area. The second most important process is that we can assist or establish a Unified Tactical Command structure by utilizing our Earth Stations and Broadband to provide satellite radios for the first responders and infrastructure commanders. Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Incorporated has spent five years researching and developing programs that reach beyond the normal scope of operation. During our research the following process has been achieved.
