Accreditation Standards
The staff of GMTC would like to introduce you to The College of Field Command and Operations (CFCO). This is an accredited college of excellence, performance and outstanding achievements. The comprehensive curriculum is designed to help community leaders become better prepared for emergencies.

CFCO is intended to help all local, state and Federal agencies, corporations and associations in developing a communication network command protocol to communicate with community officials during a homeland security breech or man-made disaster.

CFCO is unique in its design. There are ten core curriculums and several additional train-the-trainer programs. The college is open to any individual, corporation or association who has a need for core curriculum that deals with infrastructure.

The Board of Directors has agreed to look at any college level curriculum which has been designed and is seeking accreditation. This process is extensive, but once the program has been approved by the committee, the course will have CFCO accreditation and will be automatically added to CFCO electives. The class will be advertised on the website and if there is enough interest, we will host the class at CFCO.

One of our curriculum experts will be assigned to you as a liaison if your curriculum is not at a college level. Our experts are dedicated to guiding you through the process after your program has met our minimum qualifications. If your program does not meet our minimum requirements you will be advised to readdress the issues that are keeping your program from being accredited. Once your program has been researched further and the issues have been met you can resubmit the curriculum for additional consideration. Once the program meets our minimum qualification one of our liaisons will be assigned to you throughout the process.
