What does Governor mean?

Answer: When a Governor declares a State of Emergency and we are notified by the Governor to respond, we are deployed to ground zero.

What does Mobile Mean?

Answer: A 38 response unit command center that arrives at ground zero to help monitor and assist Local, State and Federal Agencies as well as private sectors.

What Does Tactical Command mean?

Answer: Once we arrive at ground zero, we will establish 22 specialized communication radio/computer set-ups along with command directors from all types of operational back ground to assist with the infrastructure command systems, EOC's and Military communication command units.

What is the full title of this unit at ground zero called?

Answer: Governor Mobile Tactical Command Headquarters

What does C.C.C stand for?

Answer: Control Command Center

Where is the C.C.C located at?

Answer: The C.C.C is located in Tennessee. We operate independently but together with other commands.

What is Governor Mobile Tactical Command?

Answer: We are private company that will assist the public and private sector commands in a State of Emergency.

How do you expect to set up at ground zero if the roadways are blocked?

Answer: We are a self sustained mobile tactical command unit that can handle a majority of the problems during our response. We carry a bulldozer, front-end loader, crane and chain saws. If the roadway is unacceptable for travel, we can find other alternates.

How sophisticated is your communication network?

Answer: We have the best communication technology in today's market. We will be able to set up our own communication towers, point the dishes to our own satellite receiver and hold the communication feed 24/7.

Can you transfer communication data?

Answer: We have the capability to receive a 911 data transfer if that communication network is down or destroyed. We have the capability to receive a reverse 911 data system if that communication network is down or destroyed. We have the capability to receive communication or establish communication with Radar, Sonar, C/B, Ham Operators, Military and Local/State and Federal Commands.

How many different commands are there inside GMTC Headquarters?

Answer: 22

How long does it take for one of these units to arrive at ground zero?

Answer: Currently it will take us 24 hours to set-up within a 32 state radius where our headquarters are located.

How many GMTC units are you planning to have?

Answer: 9 (One per region)

How many employees will you need to hire?

Answer: Up to 14,000 employees

How many C.C.C will there be in the United States?

Answer: 9 Regional C.C.C fully staffed, and 140 smaller versions

When will you go officially on line?

Answer: Once we are funded by the government or private sector, we will be on line with in 9 months.

What type of Vehicles you using to move the command center?

Answer: Freightliners Series 5 and 8 Columbia Series

What are your Subject Matter Experts going to do?

Answer: We have 5 Subject Matter Experts which will be sent directly to assist the state EOC. They are there for support only. Once our command units arrive at ground zero, our 5 Subject Matter Experts will team up with 14 tactical technicians assigned to the tactical command center at ground zero.

What is Nicole's Kitchen?

Answer: Nicole's Kitchen is located at the C.C.C. and will support all Nicole's Kitchen Field Command at ground zero. Nicole's Kitchen will prepare the food and our transportation division will transport the goods to ground zero.

How many Nicole's Kitchen Field Command's are there?

Answer: There are nine NKFC's that are attached to each GMTC Headquarters. These units are to feed the emergency responders inside ground zero and all attached personnel at GMTC Headquarters.

How long does it take to set up at ground zero?

Answer: Once we establish an area of safety, the units are assembled together. This process can take up to four hours however our communication center can be up in 20 minutes. All we need to do is find our satellite in space and link to it.

How many communication towers do you have?

Answer: We have three independent communication towers that will triangulate our area. We are very much concerned with the topography when we establish GMTC at ground zero.

How long are you able to hold command at ground zero?

Answer: We have four days of rations based on feeding 7500 personnel three meals per day. Once we are established at ground zero we will be able to sustain a command structure for the duration of the State of Emergency. All support food, water and fuel will be coming in starting in three days. We have the capacity to rotate personnel on regular basis.
