Introducing our North America Emergency Rescue PlanWe have nine (9) Central Command Centers across America and 140 mini-commands that are associated with each Central Command Center. The amount of employees we need to hire if proper funding is obtained is 21,000 to 23,000 citizens. Each Central Command Center, Governor Command Gasoline Depots, The Bank of Governor Command will all stand on their own merit. We are asking Congress to appoint liaisons from Congress, The White House, and the Financial Institution to include two civilians. We are going to be transparent as we should be if the Government grants us the funds. We are asking President Obama for $600,000,000.00 (Six - hundred million dollars) for one Central Command Center. We are asking for a total of 7 to10 Billion Dollars to purchase all the necessary equipment, buildings and other commodities. We will spend the money wisely and we have a series of check and balances. Every dollar we spend will be deducted and justified from the line item budget that we will maintain on our web site. Our stimulus package is associated with our North American Rescue Plan. We will hire between 21,000 to 23,000 employees across America. Again, let me reiterate that each Central Command Center will become self-sufficient; The Bank of Governor Command will help local, tribal, state and Federal agencies with emergency infrastructure loans. Our research will help the economy by issuing 4% loans for five years to help with the infrastructure. The Bank is also available and open to our employees. The regions include:
Governor Mobile Gasoline Depots and mini-commands across America, Canada and Eastern part of Mexico will be self-sufficient. We will have better buying power to reduce the cost of gasoline across America for the citizens to purchase. These saving are past on to the consumer. K.A.R.E. Printing and Publishing Company will be self-sufficient as well because of our low overhead. These saving are past on to the consumer. K.A.R.E. Commodity and Transport Company will be self-sufficient as well because of our low overhead. These savings are past on to the consumer. The Bank of Governor Command will be self-sufficient as well because of our low overhead. These savings are past on to the consumer. Governor Command Suites and Convention Center will be self-sufficient as well because of our low overhead. These savings are past on to the consumer. During our next Board of Directors meeting we will finalize and determine the cost of the rooms. The consensus is $50.00 to $75.00 per room, per night. We will build this hotel in three phases. The first phase has 50 rooms, the second phase has 50 additional rooms and the third phase will be the courtyard, and convention center. Nicole's Bistro will be built during this phase of operation. This upper scale restaurant will help feed the employees who are working at the Central Command Center and outside guest who are staying in the hotel. All meals will be between $5.00 to $25.00 per plate. Nicole's Bistro will be self-sufficient as well because of our low overhead. These savings are past on to the consumer. Our goal is to establish set prices that any citizen traveling across the United States can be safe in knowing that our mini-commands and our Paramedics are assigned to help the travelers during their travel. Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Incorporated and its subsidiary corporations has developed a win - win approach for the American people, the local, tribal, state and Federal Agencies. The citizens will benefit mostly because of the low cost of fuel, food and other emergency responding units will also benefit. We will assist local leaders with any support they require during a Man-made, Homeland Security Breach or Natural disaster. What occurred in the City of New Orleans taught us valuable lessons that this should have never happened in today's society. The frustration and the lack of communication between the leaders was apparently the biggest issue. The failure to assist the infrastructure with a Unified Mobile Tactical Command Center for ground zero operation was another major concern. The most aggravating concern was the citizens he needed to protect and serve and no one could assist him in a timely manner. With our network in place, we now have the ability to manage 20,000 to 50,000 citizens who are in a shelter facility. We have the network to make and move the food into the area in record time and feed these citizens, provide restroom facilities and running water, but most of all have the building powered for comfort. Yes, our team of experts went to the drawing board and wrote part of our North American Rescue Plan and in one of the chapters addressed the food, drinking water, how we can provide restrooms, repair what is crucial and treat the sick and injured. When we look back and formulated a conclusion we concurred that within 24 to 36 hours after Hurricane Katrina past through we could have had drinkable water, the sewer system working, provide food for thirty thousands citizens in shelters and fix the roof that was leaking. The most incredible process was that our semi generator could have powered the shelter. So the residents would have a smoother transition. We have the programs in place to implement our plans either in cold and warm environment. The Senators, House of Representatives and Governors who vote on our behalf sends a large message to their constituents that the government of the people, for the people now has the necessary tools to establish ground zero command and/or have the capability to reestablish Federal or state Command if an anomaly occurs in that region. |
