He has worked on map designs while developing and introducing the first color-coded address and street response guide. Prior to this program, the area response time was 9 minutes and 14 seconds per call. Today the area response time is 5 minutes and 19 seconds from the time the units are dispatched. Mr. Klein is a hands-on practical leader who comes to you as the CEO and co-owner of GMTC.

Mr. Klein's managerial philosophy is simple and highly effective. “Look for details; identify those details and act on the fine points of each”. Mr. Klein hires quality trained field operational experts with impeccable field experience. Mr. Klein manages his employees to obtain maximum results. He identifies and manages the process and not the employees. He hires well-qualified individuals to minimize and maximize the over all commitment. He maximizes the leader's ability by meeting objectives with each support administrator and has the opportunity to maintain continuity while managing the self-worth of his leaders and employees. He facilitates and creates a friendly work-place environment and monitors the leader's ability to lead while giving them the latitude to lead by example. The philosophy he imparts to his leaders and to the employees is simple: overcome adversity by increasing productivity and maintaining a safety net around the task.

The changes in our work environment is crucial to the over whelming task of emotions and then an adjustment to monitor those emotions through the skills of our employees and leaders.
