Region III: Minot, North Dakota

North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Alaska, Wyoming

Power any electrical issues – We need new direction on having our power grids managed during a power anomaly in the region of destruction. The CCC in Minot, North Dakota is our Region III (Three); it is responsible to address our C-2 Communication Satellite Network. It is also responsible for our Drones and Helicopter communication network and training, along with our smart board, technology can assist any power company’s ability to move and protect the emergency responders at ground zero. Witness firsthand how our commanders at ground zero will have the ability to determine at a glance which grid is working or not.

Our C-2 communication network and our field command centers are the key to assisting local and state owned and operated power companies. However, we will work closely with the power company’s grid system. If they do not have one, we will provide and link our smart board and its technology along with our drone that will monitor and fly over the devastated region.

Each live video will be analyzed by power command at ground zero. They will determine the cause and move personnel into the area. We have the capabilities to monitor outside agencies and volunteers responding into the area. It will be our task to assist the Federal Government in many ways to reduce these complaints.

First mini-commands are strategically placed across America where outside agencies can register with Governor Command. Once this occurs, we will be able to control the whereabouts of the volunteers and send them into the affected region to assist local residents. Our Media Group Field Experts will respond to ground zero and educate the local citizens of who to hire. When a volunteer shows a local resident their Red/White/Blue Hologram ID Badge, the citizen, immediately knows that Governor Command is monitoring their movement and the local residents know that the provider will accept what is normal and customary charges for the time and area.

These charges will be determined from the state’s attorney’s district office. Any complaints are handled within and corrected. All complaints will be automatically forwarded with the disposition of action to the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Our program is introducing a new span and control that will minimize complaints and reduce the billions of dollars that plague each disaster.
