Region IV: Spring City, Tennessee

Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida

Tennessee is Headquarters for Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Incorporated, The CCC is in Spring City, Tennessee is our Region IV (Four); it is responsible to address and oversee its subsidiary corporations. Our Field Communication and Earth Station Experts, along with all the support communication network, is being developed and designed to create an emergency responder communication network task force. Our Communication Satellite Experts and Field Command Experts are exactly what ground zero operation requires. We are here as a supporting role and a National Training Center for all the other Regional Command Centers across America or the World.

In the report above “The Federal Communication Commission is to temporarily authorize the use of private-sector satellite, ultra-wideband, and microwave communications services during rescue and recovery efforts and is restoring communications in the disaster area,” we will work closely with the Federal Agencies across America to provide the necessary communication network for Governor Mobile Tactical Command, Incorporated, and mini-commands. Our C-2 communication system meets and exceeds all FCC requirements. We are very concerned about additional attacks during and after a disaster. Our communication level needs to be established at ground zero and supported by one or all eight (8) Central Command Centers Headquarters around the United States.

The FBI will need to assign a U. S. Assistant Attorney to ground zero operation. Our legal department will work closely with any Federal Agent, and that agent will be able to communicate with the state district attorney who declares what is a customary charge for the job. That attorney will also be the eyes and ears of the Federal Command links. The agent will have a private communication network to be able to talk to the Federal Government or his supervisor. All outside emergency responders will be required to stop at one of our mini-commands or command centers and obtain a Red/White and Blue Hologram ID Badge. This will give the commanders at the scene who, what, and where the emergency responders are needed the most inside the affective area. Staging for Outside vendors will be at one mini-command while another mini-command will be utilized for the emergency responders.

These mini-commands are also staging facilities. Instead of overtaxing the roadways and our responders who want to help, we have a better span and control system designed under our C-2 Communication network, which expands to accommodate our systems and needs during a disaster. Our initial set-up is where our helicopters and drones are obtaining raw data and videos while flying over the devastated area: field commanders are beginning damage assessment.

Once this is done in record time, the Governor or Federal Command will know how many trucks, equipment, and manpower is required to respond to different areas inside the destructive area. The Governor or Federal Command at ground zero will be able to monitor the movement of trucks, equipment, and personnel inside the affective area. Our smart board technology through our C-2 communication system network and by utilizing our VPN network will determine the movement of personnel through all 22 different commands working simultaneously at ground zero.

We have the ability to determine through our smart boards that buildings, roads, and landmarks need to be checked. Our smart board technology works in conjunction with one of the internet mapping systems. All 22 different commanders will be able to see in a real time environment which streets, buildings, and other important landmarks need to be checked. Example, all mapping areas are broken down into Section/Township/Range. Under DOT-, the roadway between Street A and B is not open. The commanders at Governor Command will be able to confirm from the air and watch the video feed from our helicopter or drones to determine how extensive the streets are devastated and which equipment will be needed, how many firefighters are required, etc.

Under DOT Command – The Smart Board will be able change color from gray (a street that cannot be used) to black indicating that street is open for emergency responders to get through. Under the Fire Command, we will able to change the buildings from light red (indicating they have not been checked) to dark red knowing that the structure is safe and how many people are in the structure. Once we look at the smart board, each home will be listed on the street and how many residents live in the structure. Once the task is completed, the teams will go back to their original mini-command locations to obtain fuel, food, take a shower, submit their report, and relax at staging until the next assignment.

Each Central Command Center has the ability to establish Regional Command for their assigned states. What is unique about Governor Mobile Tactical Command is when the Governor declares a state of Emergency, our units will respond to ground zero and our command name will be Governor Command.

When a National disaster occurs and The United States President declares a National Disaster, Governor Mobile Tactical Command and our units will respond to ground zero and our command name will be Federal Command.

If we need to deploy any additional Ground Zero Command Units, we have that capability. If the United States President wants a command center at a specific location, that ground zero command center will be known as Federal Command.

Our Links around the World Program is up and running. Our smart pens along with the coded paper will give local residents the opportunity to send a hand-written note over our control and secured C-2 network. How the system works is easy. Any resident can stop one of our vehicles and write a note to a loved one.

That note is e-mailed to their loved one or friend outside the region. Within minutes, if the other parties are online, we will receive their written response, we will give that response to the person sending the initial e-mail. This works because we use our satellite system and then the message is decoded through our VPN network. “Modern Technology”
