Floating Regional Command CentersLincoln, NebraskaLincoln, Nebraska will respond to any location; however, if Minot, North Dakota, team of experts and equipment are responding to Alaska, then Lincoln, Nebraska, and their team of experts are relocated to Minot, North Dakota. Tucson, ArizonaTucson, Arizona will respond to any location; however, if Spring City, Tennessee, team of experts and equipment are responding to Florida, then Tucson, Arizona, and their team of experts are relocated to Spring City, Tennessee. All personnel and equipment will be relocated to the next closest response Headquarters for rapid deployment if another Mobile Tactical Command Center is required in the region. Within the first year of operation, Governor Mobile Tactical Command will play an enormous role in managing the movement of personnel while establishing communication with the first responders. The second year, GMTC, Incorporated, will be able to communicate in real time to any forward command emergency vehicle. Each department who has an emergency vehicle will have the option to lease or purchase On Command through our Bank of Governor Command. This cost is reduced to the emergency responders and the lease purchasing plans are less then modern leases. This program is GPS controlled and voice activated in real time emergency. We are on the cutting edge of modern technology never seen before with our 42 employees who are currently not being paid have graciously given their time in the effort that Governor Mobile Tactical Command and its subsidiary corporations could become a reality. We are seeing demands on our equipment, network, and our system server. Nearly all Governors are asking when will GMTC be up and running, and others are asking for the cost. Many of the personnel we have been talking with are asking how we can reduce the state budget dealing with the infrastructure. Each state is spending millions of dollars on cities and counties EOCs/OEMs especially when the land in the city and county overlaps one another. Why do cities and counties have multiple 911 centers, why do they have multiple EOCs, multiple mini-commands in police and fire? If theses cities and counties can work together, they can work more efficiently. The cost savings alone could fund all eight CCCs across America.
